Pre Production Proof: $75.00 (G). Production Time: Add 2-3 Days. If revisions are made to any Pre Production proofs, a new pre production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply.
Speculative Sample: Spot Color - $75.00 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Photoimage ® Full Color Imprint Spec Samples- $160.00 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Production Time: 5-10 Days.
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another, current order cannot match previous order. In Photoimage Full color printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. None of these can be considered a defect.
ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
